Nice tat! Prices are very variable in the tattoo industry. So no one can actually give you an accurate price. There are lots of things to consider when determining a price for the tat - size, coloring, and your tattoo artist.
Tattoo artists generally charge per hour. Prices in my city in Canada, range from 60$ - 300$ per hour. There are some artists that are in such high demand that people will pay top dollar for their work. These prices are all within one city, so you can get an idea of how hard it is to quote a price. The average is about $150/hour.
Your next step is to bring your image to the tattoo parlor and talk to the artists. Ask for price quotes and if it's an appropriate tat. You can definitely shop around. Ask friends for recommendations. You really shouldn't go to the cheapest place, only because a crooked or bad tat will make you the butt of everyone's jokes.
If you want all that detailing on the dragon fly, you will have to go up in size - this will put you more expensive. If you want to eliminate a lot of the detailing, you can go for a cheaper and smaller design. If you do a larger one with the detailing, I can see it at 2-3 hours (depending on the size)...
